Introduction:

According to the variety of products, our production line covers various configurations such as staple foods, snacks, toys. By changing parameters such as raw materials, temperature, humidity, etc. Parameters, new style foods, rich in nutrients, perfect textures, can meet the needs of different animals for adaptability and better taste.This is the flow chart: Mixing → Forming → Drying → Cooling → Packaging.
First we mix raw materials and feed the mixture into the table press machine. the table press machines produce pet treat of various of shapes through different molds. Then the products go through the processing of drying and cooling, and the finished product is completed.

Capacity: 500 kg / h or less, 800 ~ 1200 kg / h, 1500 ~ 2500 kg / h, 2500 ~ 3500 kg / h and 4500 kg / h ~ 6000 kg / h.

1. The screw is a combination modular structure, which can be assembled in any combination to meet different formula and product requirements.
