The fortified rice kernel(FRK) extrusion line is a series of equipment and machinery that is used to manufacture fortified rice kernels. The extrusion process helps to evenly distribute the micronutrients throughout the rice, ensuring that each grain of rice is nutritionally fortified. The extruded mixture is then cut into small kernels or grains, which are similar in shape and size to regular rice. Fortified Rice Kernel Production Line can produce instant rice, and self-heating rice by changing the parameters. Adding Buckwheat, oat, sweet potato, potato, soy Nutrition, quinoa powder, dietary fiber powder, and various grains powder to make high-fiber rice, low-fat rice, high-Nutrition rice, etc.

Sample
Rice is one of main food sources in the word. In rice processing, many valuable nutrients are lost during the process of whitening and polishing. We use twin-screw extrusion technology, take broken rice as raw material, finely milling and mixing with nutrients premix, after conditioning with steam and water, flour enter into the extruder to be regranulated, and finally dried. These extruded rice will be mixed with natural rice to get enriched nutrition rice.
