Grinding System
1. The operation is simple, and the particle size can be controlled by replacing the screen.
2. The dust removal system can effectively collect the dust generated in the grinding process, protect the operator from dust, and improve the utilization rate of materials.
3. There is an automatic pulse dust removal system.
The pulverizer is composed of a feed hopper, a pulverizer, a rotor disk, a screen, a stator disk, and a discharge port.
Broken rice is quickly crushed in the pulverizer. Under the action of the induced draft fan, the ground powder enters the cyclone through the pipe from the discharge port of the main engine, and the material is discharged from the closed fan to obtain the product. At the same time, the generated dust will enter the dust removal cabinet through the top of the cyclone under the action of the induced draft fan, which greatly reduces the dust pollution in the area.
