Twin-screw extruder is a multifunctional food machine. The screw of the extruder is a building block splicing design, by changing the die and sequences of screw sections, the twin-screw extruder can make core filling inflating snacks, nutrition rice, breakfast cereals corn flakes, pet food and aquatic feed, etc.

Flow chart of puffed snacks machines: First: the mixer mixes the grain powder with water. Second: the twin-screw extruder will cook materials and shapes them into pellet size. Third: The dryer dries the pellets. Fourth: the flavoring drum sprays oil, powder and liquid onto pellets. Fifth: The cooler is to cool the pellets.

Raw materials: corn flour, rice flour, beans flour and other grain flour

Final products: puffed snacks in various shapes.
